REGISTRATION FORM
Complete the simple registration form, providing basic information about you. Please complete all required fields.

SCREENING
Appointment will be set for your free screening. A drop of blood from your finger will taken for simple test to ensure that your blood iron levels are proper enough for donation.

DONATION
After ensuring and passed screening test successfully you will be directed to a donor bed for donation. It will take only 10-20minutes.
04
REFRESHMENT
Donors often get a light refreshment and your Liberia Blood Donor Community Health Insurance ID with details about your plan and coverage.

1,000ML Donor Award
Every December we award up to five (5) community members (1,000ML/category) donating up to 1,000ML of blood cumulatively; small-small over a period of time(1year). 2,000ML Donor Award
Every December we award up to two (2) community members (2,000ML/category), donating up to 2,000ML of blood cumulatively; small-small over a period of time (1year).
